Junior Designer

We’re looking for a Junior Designer with some commercial experience or a recent graduate. You’ll be working on brands such as F1, Discovery Channel and Valiant Comics, creating assets for iOS and Android apps and, as well as designing for our social channels, you will need to produce work at speed.

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated designer looking at taking their design skills to the next level in a fast-paced environment. You'll have a passion for mobile gaming and be able to articulate your designs.

The role is based in Tunbridge Wells although you will be able to work remotely for 3 / 4 days per week.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Design (interaction, graphic, visual communications or similar)

  • Working knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects

  • Strong graphic design skills

  • Excellent eye for detail and layout

  • Knowledge of Material design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.

  • Ability to produce creative ideas with limited assets.

  • Ability to work as part of a team with designers and developers.

Desirable skills

  • Strong sense of typography and layout and excellent attention to detail.

  • At least a basic understanding of UI & UX design principles.

  • A passion for card games.

  • Methodical approach to problem-solving.

You will need a portfolio to apply for this position either with a personal website, Dribbble or Behance account. It’s important we can see your process to make sure your portfolio is not just full of finished work, we expect all CV’s to be well designed.
